TCI offers a number of services in order to help you become a faster and fitter athlete. We train swimmers, runners, cyclists as well as triathletes for all race distances. Our services include and cover all aspects of training in order to make you race ready. Our swim sessions, running groups and cycling clubs ensure you get proficient in each sport.
INDIVIDUALS: TCI offers personalized training programs and a supportive community to enjoy the tri lifestyle. Our experienced coaches help first-timers and seasoned athletes get the most out of their journey, from the start to the finish line.
RELAY TEAMS: We train individuals in the separate sport of swimming, cycling and running and help them be a part of the Ironman experience through a relay team.
BASIC & INTERMEDIATE PROGRAM: For complete beginners who don’t know swimming or intermediate level who want to improve their technique and skills.
MASTER CLASSES: For advanced swimmers who want to become faster and more proficient.
OPEN WATER CAMPS: We periodically conduct Open Water swims in lakes or the sea to teach open water swim skills and build confidence to tackle race day.
GROUP RIDES: Riding in a pace line makes riding more efficient, not to mention more fun and safety while riding together.
INDOOR 1-ON-1 SESSIONS: Our coaches will conduct a personal session on a smart trainer to help one understand the right training technique.
BIKE FITS: We ensure proper bike fits for our athletes. This goes a long way to prevent injuries and helps muscles and lungs function at best ability, all improving performance and enjoyment.
GROUP RUNS: Our athletes run as a group three times a week at different locations and routes.
RUNNING DRILLS: Drills and plyometrics to focus on running technique.
BOOTCAMP YELLOW S&C: Structured group workouts at our Performance Hub under certified coaches. (www.bootcampyellow.com)
ONLINE PERSONALIZED S&C: Workouts tailor-made for triathlon activities, focusing on strength and mobility.
PHYSIO: In order to help our coaches plan better, our consultant physiotherapist will do a physical assessment when you join.
NUTRITION: Our consultant nutritionist will do a one-time consult and share general nutrition tips and advice.
With their experience and knowledge, Coaches will recommend the races one should opt for which match your goals.
The club regularly holds talks by experts, workshops on different aspects of Triathlons and outstation training retreats exclusively for its members.
Not just a plan, your coach will provide regular assessments and tests to assess your progress.
